Our Single Origin 2022 harvest black pepper is one of the most flavorful and fragrant black pepper we have selected from blind tasting more than 20 different varieties of black pepper produced across India. We zeroed on this black pepper coming from our partner farm, where the owner, Ms. Gonsalves grows the vines on the western ghats in Kerala. The vine ripened black pepper has notes of cocoa, a floral finish with peppery aftertaste that brings flavor to dishes from around the world. Roots Black Pepper goes very well with every cuisine, from Italian Pasta 'Cacio e Pepe' to one pot meal 'Biryani' or simply a nice 'Baked Salmon'.
